Go to "Settings"->"Privacy"->"Microphone" and make sure it is on for the Top Tutors app. Then go to "Settings"->"Privacy"->"Camera" and make sure it is on for the Top Tutors app too.
If you are having audio and video problems, check the student’s and your wifi connections. End and re-call the student. Quit any apps in the background.
If you have troubles, try restarting the platform (iPad or Computer), sign out, and sign back in. If something seems wrong or you just can't figure it out, reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 929-500-1374.
